Leading Ah Yung and Ah Ho, Chou Yung launches the attack against Chen Chi. Chou is able to kill Chen Chi after fierce fights. But Ah Ho and Ah Yung die in bloodshed too. Chou is injured. Ma Ch'ang takes Chou back to his house. His sister Ma Yi comes to understand Chou's past and becomes sympathetic towards him. Chou is to stay on in Ma's house until he recovers. Chu Feng is furious over Chen Chi's death and decides to avenge against Tien Hsing Clan. Cheng Tan, fear of stirring up too much disturbances, tries to stop Chu. Chu regards this as a denial of their brotherly feelings and feels very bitter. Wei-lun asks Pai-nien for the hand of Hsiao-chun. He even fixes the date of marriage. Hsiao-chun is anxious to prove to Pai the villainy of Wei-lun. She and Gigi try to gather evidences to prove his evil tricks. Unluckily for them, it is discovered by Wei-lun, who makes fun of them……
